A Note From The Founder

Hello, I’m Weston.

I’ve spent the last decade designing impactful interactive human experiences. Somewhere between the late-night creative sessions, projection-mapping, and thousand-person immersive events, I noticed the real magic was not the tech or the spectacle... it was the conversations. People who just met were having life-changing interactions, finding alignment, and taking action. This is Convergence.

Convergence exists to help individuals, teams and coalitions unearth their true capacity for change - regenerative, relational, holistic - through play, gamification, and facilitated spaces that surface the wisdom already in the room, then structure it for everyday life and work.
