Hey, I’m Weston.

I’ve spent the last decade designing and running weird, beautiful, interactive experiences. Somewhere between the late-night creative sessions, projection-mapping, and thousand-person immersive events, I noticed the real magic was not the tech or the spectacle... it was the conversations. People who just met were having honest, inspired, future-shaping, life-changing interactions.

So I double clicked on that, snagged some support, ran a bunch of experiments, and Convergence was born.

Convergence exists to help individuals, teams and coalitions unearth their true capacity for change - regenerative, relational, holistic - through games, roleplay, and facilitated spaces that surface the wisdom already in the room and structure it for everyday life and work.
